Sprout Membership Terms

By subscribing or paying an invoice for Sprout, you agree to these Sprout Membership Terms and the Origins Curriculum Terms of Service.

Your membership. Sprout is a homeschool curriculum membership for your child's grade level. Standard pricing is $85 per month on the monthly plan, or $780 billed once a year on the annual plan. If you have a custom price or payment schedule, it is shown on your invoice.

Trial. If you joined with a trial, your first month is billed at the trial price shown at checkout. The standard trial price is $9.99, and it is sometimes offered at a different promotional price. If you don't want to continue, cancel at least 7 business days before your trial month ends. Otherwise your membership continues on the monthly plan.

Curriculum access. Month 1 of the curriculum unlocks when your membership starts, and a new month unlocks every 30 days after that. Access requires an active, paid membership.

Payment authorization. You authorize Origins Curriculum to keep your payment method on file and charge it for each renewal until you cancel.

Canceling. You can cancel at any time under Manage Subscriptions in your profile settings, or by emailing [email protected]. To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 7 business days before your renewal date. Your access continues through the end of your paid period. Payments already made, including a trial month, are not refunded.

Pausing. To pause instead of cancel, submit the Pause Subscription Form under Contact at originscurriculum.com. Pauses are subject to approval.

Missed payments. If a payment fails, we'll notify you, retry the charge, and ask you to update your payment method. We may pause access until your account is current. Any unpaid balance remains owed.

Grade levels. Finishing a grade level, including the end-of-year assessment, does not cancel your membership. Your membership continues into the next grade level unless you cancel.

Use of materials. Sprout materials are licensed per child for your household's personal, non-commercial homeschool use only. You may not copy, share, sell, or upload them to other platforms or AI tools, or use them with students outside your household.

Your role. You are responsible for your child's education and for following the homeschool laws where you live. We don't guarantee any particular academic result or placement.

Governing law. These terms are governed by Delaware law, with disputes heard in Missoula County, Montana. If these terms conflict with the Terms of Service, these terms control.
