Section 1 Subscription Plans & Payment

Origins Curriculum offers three subscription tiers:

• Seed Subscription: Free for the first six (6) months. After the free period ends, subscribers may continue with Seed at $35.00 per month, or upgrade to the Sprout or Bloom subscription. See Section 3 for full Seed terms.
• Sprout Subscription — Monthly: $9.99 for the first month (trial), then $85.00 per month, billed monthly thereafter.
• Sprout Subscription — Annual (Discounted): $65.00 per month, billed annually at $780.00 — a savings of $240.00 per year compared to the standard monthly rate.
• Bloom Subscription: A premium plan billed monthly or annually, which includes printed curriculum materials shipped monthly. Current Bloom pricing is described on the Bloom subscription page at originscurriculum.com/bloom-subscription. Bloom carries a full twelve-month commitment. See Section 4 for full Bloom terms.

All fees are charged in U.S. dollars. By providing a payment method, you authorize Origins Curriculum to charge all applicable fees to that payment method. You are responsible for keeping your billing information current and accurate.

Section 2 Sprout Trial Period

New Sprout subscribers receive a one-month trial for $9.99, during which you may evaluate whether Origins Curriculum is right for your family. The following conditions apply to the trial period:

• If you choose not to continue, you must cancel before the trial period ends.
• Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your dashboard through the end of the paid month and will not be charged going forward.
• To avoid being billed for the next subscription cycle, you must contact us or initiate cancellation at least seven (7) business days prior to your subscription renewal date.
• If you do not cancel before the trial period expires, your subscription will automatically convert to the standard Sprout monthly plan at $85.00 per month.

Section 3 Seed Subscription Terms

The Seed subscription provides free access to a supplemental portion of the Origins Curriculum for the first six (6) months. The following terms apply in addition to the general Terms:

• Free Access Period: Seed is free of charge for six (6) months from the date of enrollment. No payment method is required to begin the free period.
• Continuation Options: At the end of the free period, you may choose to (a) continue with the Seed subscription at $35.00 per month, (b) upgrade to the Sprout subscription at $85.00 per month (or the discounted annual rate of $780.00 per year), or (c) upgrade to the Bloom subscription at the rate described on the Bloom subscription page at originscurriculum.com/bloom-subscription.
• No Annual Seed Rate: Seed is offered on a monthly basis only. There is no annual billing option for the Seed subscription at this time.
• Ending the Free Period: If you do not select a continuation option before the six-month free period expires, your Seed access will end and no charges will be made.
• Access to Paid Continuation: To continue receiving content after the free period, a valid payment method and active paid subscription (Seed, Sprout, or Bloom) are required.

Section 4 Bloom Subscription Terms

The Bloom subscription is a premium program that includes the full digital curriculum, live children's classes, live parent educator calls, and monthly printed curriculum materials shipped to your home. The following terms apply in addition to the general Terms:

• Twelve-Month Commitment: By enrolling in Bloom, you agree to a full twelve (12) months of curriculum, regardless of whether you elect to pay the full annual amount up front or to pay in monthly installments. Selecting the monthly payment option is a payment schedule, not a shorter commitment; you remain responsible for the full twelve-month term.
• Monthly Installment Billing: If you choose the monthly payment option, you authorize Origins Curriculum to charge your payment method each month for twelve (12) consecutive months at the Bloom monthly rate published on the Bloom subscription page at originscurriculum.com/bloom-subscription.
• Annual Payment: If you choose the annual payment option, the full annual amount is charged at enrollment.
• Printed Curriculum Materials: The Bloom subscription includes professionally printed curriculum materials shipped to you on a monthly basis. These materials are produced and fulfilled by a third-party print and shipping partner.

Bloom 30-Day Refund Policy. Bloom subscribers may request a refund within thirty (30) days of the initial enrollment date, subject to the following conditions:

• Deduction for Printed Materials: Because printed curriculum materials are produced and shipped by a third-party partner at the time your Bloom subscription begins, the cost of any printed materials that have already been ordered on your behalf will be deducted from your refund. These costs are non-recoverable from the third-party partner and therefore cannot be refunded to you.
• How the Refund Is Calculated: Your refund will equal the total amount you have paid to Origins Curriculum, minus the cost of printed materials ordered for your household as of the date of your refund request.
• How to Request: Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within thirty (30) days of your initial Bloom enrollment date. Requests received after the 30-day window will not be eligible for refund.
• Effect on the Twelve-Month Commitment: An approved 30-day refund releases you from the remaining twelve-month commitment and ends your access to Bloom content, live sessions, and future printed shipments. Refunds are not available after the initial thirty (30) day period, and cancellation after that point does not relieve you of the balance owed for the remainder of the twelve-month term.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback in place of submitting a refund request does not satisfy your commitment under these Terms and may result in the balance being referred for collection.

Section 5 Cancellation & Subscription Pausing

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the client portal. To access cancellation options, navigate to your profile settings in the top-right corner of the platform and select Manage Subscriptions. To prevent billing for an additional month, cancellation must be initiated at least seven (7) business days before your next renewal date. Cancellation of a Bloom subscription is subject to the twelve-month commitment described in Section 4.

Subscription Pausing: If you would like to temporarily pause your subscription rather than cancel, you may submit a pause request by completing the Pause Subscription Form located at originscurriculum.com under the "Contact" section. Pause requests are subject to approval and availability.

Due to the nature of digital and downloadable content, no refunds or credits will be issued regardless of whether a subscription is cancelled mid-cycle, except as specifically provided under the Bloom 30-day refund policy in Section 4.

Section 6 Refund Policy

Origins Curriculum is a digital product that provides immediate access to content upon subscription. Except as expressly provided under the Bloom 30-day refund policy in Section 4, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. This policy applies to:

• Seed subscription charges (once the free period ends and paid billing begins).
• Sprout monthly subscription charges.
• Sprout annual subscription charges.
• Any billing cycle in which access was granted, including the Sprout trial month.

We provide a low-cost trial period for Sprout and a six-month free period for Seed specifically so that subscribers can evaluate the platform before committing to a full-price subscription. If you do not initiate cancellation at least seven (7) business days before your renewal date, you will be charged for the following billing cycle. No exceptions will be made outside of the Bloom 30-day refund policy.

Section 7 Content Access

Origins Curriculum delivers a 12-month homeschooling curriculum on the following access schedule:

• Month 1 (Sprout Trial): Upon subscribing to Sprout, you will receive immediate access to the first month of the curriculum.
• Months 2–12: If you continue past the trial period, the remaining eleven (11) months of curriculum will be unlocked sequentially — one month of content released every thirty (30) days.
• Seed Access: Seed subscribers receive access to the supplemental Seed content library for the duration of the free period and any subsequent paid Seed period.
• Bloom Access: Bloom subscribers receive access to the full digital curriculum, live sessions, and printed materials for the full twelve (12) month term.

Content access is tied to an active subscription. If your subscription is cancelled or lapses, access to your dashboard and all curriculum content will be suspended at the end of the current paid period. Origins Curriculum reserves the right to modify, update, or remove content at any time for quality improvement purposes.

Section 8 Automatic Renewal

Sprout and Seed subscriptions to Origins Curriculum renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize Origins Curriculum to charge your payment method on file for each renewal period at the then-current subscription rate, without further notice, until you cancel. Bloom subscriptions do not renew automatically. At the end of the twelve-month term described in Section 4, your Bloom subscription will end unless you actively elect to renew for a new twelve-month term. We will contact you before the end of your term with instructions for renewing.

Section 9 Grade Level Progression & Subscription Continuation

Origins Curriculum is structured as a grade-based program. The following terms govern how grade level advancement works within your subscription:

• Advancement: Upon completing the end-of-year assessment for your current grade level, you will become eligible to advance to the next grade level of the curriculum.
• Subscription Continuation: Completing a grade level — including passing the end-of-year assessment — does not automatically cancel your subscription. Your subscription will continue to renew on its regular billing cycle regardless of your progress within the curriculum.
• Enrollment in Next Grade: Access to the next grade level's content will be made available upon successful completion of the assessment and continuation of an active subscription.
• Active Subscription Required: You must maintain an active, paid subscription to access any grade level content. If your subscription lapses or is cancelled, access to all content — including any newly unlocked grade level — will be suspended until the subscription is reactivated.

If you wish to cancel your subscription after completing a grade level, you must do so manually through the client portal or by contacting us. Completing a grade level will never be treated as a request to cancel.

Section 10 Acceptable Use

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use Origins Curriculum content for personal, non-commercial homeschooling purposes. You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with individuals outside your immediate household.
• Reproduce, distribute, or resell any curriculum content, in whole or in part.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

Section 11 Modifications to These Terms

Origins Curriculum reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time and without prior notice. Any changes will be posted to our website at originscurriculum.com. Your continued use of the platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

Section 12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Origins Curriculum shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or its content. Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the three (3) months immediately preceding the claim.
