Bloom Membership Terms

By paying for Bloom, you agree to these Bloom Membership Terms and the Origins Curriculum Terms of Service.

Your membership. Bloom is a 12-month concierge homeschool membership, including custom onboarding and placement, curriculum access, monthly printed curriculum, live classes, parent educator calls, and community access. All curriculum, printed materials, and services are included in your Bloom price. Your price, payment option, and payment schedule are shown on your invoice or at checkout.

Deposits. If you paid a deposit to hold your spot, it is credited toward your first Bloom invoice, and you pay the remaining balance. If your first Bloom invoice isn't paid by the hold date we gave you, your spot will be released and the deposit is non-refundable. If you need more time, contact us before the hold date.

When your membership starts. Your 12-month membership and your 30-day Love It Guarantee begin on the date you pay your first Bloom invoice. Paying a deposit does not start your membership.

30-Day Love It Guarantee. You may cancel within 30 days of paying your first Bloom invoice by emailing [email protected]. We will refund the amounts you've paid, minus $135 per child to cover your starter pack, introductory materials, and Month 1 printed curriculum, which are produced for your family and can't be reused.

12-month commitment. After 30 days, you are committed to the full 12 months and no refunds are issued. If you pay monthly or on a custom schedule, all payments for the 12 months are owed whether you continue to use Bloom or not, and canceling does not stop remaining payments.

Payment authorization. You authorize Origins Curriculum to keep your payment method on file and charge it for each payment due on your schedule, including renewals and any balance owed. Paid-in-full credit card payments include a 3% processing fee. ACH bank payments have no fee.

Missed payments. If a payment fails, we'll notify you, retry the charge, and ask you to update your payment method. We may pause access until your account is current. Any unpaid balance remains owed.

Chargebacks. If you have a billing concern, contact us first so we can make it right. Filing a chargeback for a valid charge is a breach of these terms. Your access to remaining curriculum and services ends, a 3% monthly finance charge applies to the disputed amount until paid, and you agree to pay our reasonable attorneys' fees and collection costs.

Renewal. Bloom renews for another 12 months into the next grade level, at the then-current rate, or your locked rate if one applies, unless you cancel at least 30 days before your term ends by emailing [email protected]. We'll send a reminder before your renewal date.

Use of materials. Bloom materials are for your household's personal, non-commercial homeschool use only. You may not copy, share, sell, or upload them to other platforms or AI tools, or use them with students outside your household.

Your role. You are responsible for your child's education and for following the homeschool laws where you live. We don't guarantee any particular academic result or placement.

Governing law. These terms are governed by Delaware law, with disputes heard in Missoula County, Montana. If these terms conflict with the Terms of Service, these terms control.
